What You’ll Be Doing
As HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR Business Partners and wider UK & Ireland HR team to deliver an excellent HR service to our employees throughout the employee lifecycle. Your key responsibilities will include:

Supporting HR Business Partners across day-to-day activities

Assisting with employee queries and HR administration

Helping deliver employee engagement and DEI initiatives

Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes

Contributing to HR projects and team priorities
Who We Are Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, curious and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in HR.
- Recently graduated or due to graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field
- Strong communication skills
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Eagerness to learn
- Previous experience of Microsoft Office
- Previous experience of Canva (desirable but not essential)
Duration – 12 months
Hybrid role based in our Springburn Office in Glasgow
