Design and operate scalable IAM/PIAM architecture for on-premises and multi-cloud environments
Establish frameworks for identity governance, access control, and privileged access management
Lead IAM/PIAM programs including onboarding, transformation, and modernization initiatives
Act as SME and escalation point for complex IAM issues
Identity Governance & Lifecycle Management
Define and oversee:
Develop and implement identity governance plans
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements for IAM and PIAM
Establish and enforce IAM security standards, policies, and procedures
Provide oversight on access control across mainframe and distributed platforms
Oversee implementation, integration, and optimization of IAM/PIAM solutions
Identify architectural gaps and drive remediation strategies
Ensure adoption of modern authentication mechanisms (SSO, MFA, password less, etc where applicable)
Partner with infrastructure, application, cloud, and security teams for Implementation
Ensure high-quality documentation of systems, processes, and controls
