Perform IAM/PIAM administration including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access lifecycle management
Implement and support IAM initiatives such as SSO, MFA, and cloud IAM best practices
Manage privileged account onboarding/offboarding and vaulting processes
Support onboarding/offboarding of applications and users to IAM & PIAM platforms
Optimize workflows to improve user experience and reduce onboarding timelines
Execute role-based access control (RBAC) models and entitlement management
Ensure IAM/PIAM solutions adhere to regulatory requirements (e.g., MAS, FSRA)
Perform periodic access reviews, certifications, and attestations
Maintain IAM/PIAM policies, procedures, and standards
Identify gaps in IAM architecture and recommend improvements
Support implementation of security controls related to identity, authentication, and authorization
Collaborate with application teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors
Ensure alignment with Zero Trust principles across network, endpoint, and identity layers
Support Cyber Security Initiatives like Zero Trust tools, Asset Discovery
Adhere to change management processes
Develop and maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and configuration records
