Back to jobsLiaise with stakeholders (including Product managers, marketing, engineering, IS) to finalize billing requirements, including explaining/educating business users/ stakeholders on processes & requirements
Prepare test plan for projects prior to start of testing. This includes defining the user acceptance criteria and designing the test cases.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)
Ensure UAT is done within schedule
Record and report defects to IS and to see through closure of defects
Document testing results and update reference documents on time
