The purpose of this role is to provide remote banking support to National Business centre customers, helping them to start, run and grow their businesses.
This role is accountable for:
- Accepting inbound call or appointment requests in a timely manner to meet customer experience SLAs and objectives.
- Engaging in outbound customer calls to help facilitate customer onboarding and discover additional customer needs.
- Providing high quality customer service to a diverse range of small business customers.
- Autonomously tracking, managing and actioning a wide variety of tasks simultaneously.
- Providing appropriate solutions to customers.
- Building and maintaining strong internal network.
- Meeting assigned performance targets through needs-based conversations and cross-selling.
- Engaging in needs-based conversations with new and existing small business customers.
- Managing referrals to specialist teams to support customer requirements
