Executive Director Finance RUI

In this role you will take responsibility for the financial integrity governance and performance management of the region You will act as the chief financial adviser to the Regional President and Executive Leadership Team ensuring decisions are grounded in strong insight and analysis You shall lead and integrate Accounting Controlling Procurement Real Estate Pensions and the Finance Business Intelligence system landscape into a cohesive high performing function You will deliver disciplined financial planning forecasting scenario analysis and performance cycles that enhance revenue and shareholder value Take responsibility for statutory reporting internal controls audits and compliant financial governance across all legal entities You are accountable for cash liquidity tax planning investment discipline and capital expenditure governance Additionally you will drive digital finance transformation improving data availability systems reporting visualisation and planning tools You will manage and strengthen partnerships with global shared services and business process outsourcing providers ensuring end to end process excellence Furthermore you will lead procurement strategy delivering year on year value cost reduction risk mitigation and supplier innovation You will ensure real estate and pension strategies are financially sound compliant and aligned to long term business and people priorities Lastly you will shape the future of the finance function by leading transformation continuous improvement and capability building across all finance related processes
