Fleet & Compliance Manager, NZ

Plan and oversee fleet maintenance in line with regional and national requirements, working closely with central teams. Monitor fleet performance, availability, lifecycle costs, and renewal strategy. Ensure full compliance with transport regulations, including incident reporting and safety plan execution. Manage contractor and supplier agreements, including negotiation, performance, and KPIs. Control transport costs against budget, drive efficiencies, and deliver accurate reporting. Lead teams, maintain strong industrial relations, and use data and systems to improve operational performance.
