Job Description
The Urban Renewal Authority (“URA”) is tasked to undertake, encourage, promote and facilitate urban renewal of Hong Kong in accordance with the provisions of the Urban Renewal Authority Ordinance and the Urban Renewal Strategy published by the Government. The URA adopts a comprehensive and holistic approach by ways of its two core businesses i.e. redevelopment and rehabilitation, as well as preservation, revitalisation and retrofitting, for creating a sustainable and quality living environment for the people of Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
Carry out site inspections, prepare land searches, analyse property transactions and compile comparables for sales prices analysis
Support market research on smart technologies in development projects and information system in construction and development field
Collect market data, analyse market trend on flat mix, payment plans and financial viability
Support review of offer and acceptance letters and sales documents
Support handling enquiries/complaints of the public and/or purchasers
Support scrutinizing sales related documents, including sales brochure, price list, the sales arrangement to meet the prevailing statutory requirements
Requirements:
Degree holder in Business / Marketing or equivalent with minimum 1 year’s experience in property development or sale and leasing experience in residential and commercial projects
Good computer skills in conducting property analysis, financial analysis and research; and preparing presentation materials
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
(Candidates without the above academic qualifications but with more relevant experience will also be considered for the post.)
