Job Description

  • Accurately and efficiently processing all administrative tasks within the Livestock Accounts department.
  • Accounts payable data entry, including coding and processing of approved invoices relating to livestock, freight, and plant expenses.
  • Reconciling vendor statements and managing related enquiries.
  • Assisting with month-end reporting, including livestock and vendor accruals.
  • Completing filing and general administrative duties in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with key internal stakeholders across various departments.
  • Managing incoming calls and responding to email enquiries.
  • Providing general administrative support and data entry as required.
