Job Description

  • Previous experience in a similar L&D leadership role
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment / large scale business highly desirable
  • Proven track record of creating and implementing impactful L&D programs and initiatives for leaders and front-line team members
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of delivering compelling learning experiences and influencing stakeholders
  • Experience in leading the design of content for blended learning programs – e-learning, videos, instructor led, mentoring etc.
  • Strong knowledge and demonstrated ability in the use of the MS Office suite and ability to adapt to other platforms as required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing team environment
