Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment / large scale business highly desirable
Proven track record of creating and implementing impactful L&D programs and initiatives for leaders and front-line team members
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of delivering compelling learning experiences and influencing stakeholders
Experience in leading the design of content for blended learning programs – e-learning, videos, instructor led, mentoring etc.
Strong knowledge and demonstrated ability in the use of the MS Office suite and ability to adapt to other platforms as required
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing team environment
