  • Managing the reception area in a professional manner
  • Assisting visitors and managing incoming telephone calls
  • Assisting the Payroll office (training provided)
  • Processing employee deductions
  • Data entry for various departments
  • Organising conference rooms for meetings and visitors
  • Ad hoc admin duties including ordering office supplies, managing mail, publishing newsletters and supporting the leadership team
