About the Team The Global Agency & Accounts Team (GA&A) is a strategic and consultative partner to the largest advertisers and agencies in the world, helping them to develop TikTok solutions that build businesses and brands across our integrated suite of advertising products. The team plays a critical role in establishing and leading strategic partnerships to drive revenue, relationships and long-term growth.
About the Role We are looking for a talented Global Program Manager to join our team in New York. This role will own strategic program planning, management and execution across a select portfolio of Global Accounts in partnership with Global Account Leads/Directors, cross-functional partners and clients.
The ideal candidate is a builder at heart—deeply passionate about cross-functional program management and skilled in strategic planning and complex program delivery that leads to measurable business outcomes. Success in this role requires the ability to navigate across time zones and cultures, while bringing a mindset grounded in client-centricity, operational excellence, and results-driven execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead program planning, management, and delivery of global strategic projects and programs for TikTok's global clients, with a focus on ROI maximization and growth
- Create compelling GTM sales collateral and program materials to drive program awareness and engagement
- Own client program tracking, reporting, and budget management, ensuring effective program delivery, utilization and finances
- Partnering with our sales team, establish strong external relationships with our clients, acting as primary program operations and delivery contact for our strategic partnerships
- Serve as cross-functional liaison providing operational guidance to internal partners spanning creative, content, measurement, research, product, and finance
- Lead process improvements and new initiatives to elevate Business Operations team effectiveness, including optimizations of systems and business tools
- Analyze data and insights to inform strategic program plans, defining key objectives/KPIs and identifying growth opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in strategic program management at a platform, AdTech, digital advertising or programmatic media, with demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional projects
- Proven excellence in project management with experience in cross-functional team collaboration
- Prior experience working with Sales Teams demonstrating a strong understanding of consultative selling processes and strategies for driving media investments
