Govern and analyze global quality KPIs and highlight risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Own and support the global non‑conformance process, including root‑cause analysis and closure discipline.
Develop and deliver quality training and lead global quality network collaboration.
Support quality requirements within WMS/TMS and system‑related initiatives.
Act as the quality focal point for supply‑chain‑related issues and cross‑functional initiatives.
