
Internship - Customers Programs and Support AI coordinator
Job Description
Key Missions
- Analyze Support and Program teams’ activities to identify repetitive tasks, pain points, and improvement opportunities through AI
- Define and propose concrete AI use cases to optimize operations, reporting, ticket management, and customer communications
- Test, prototype, and evaluate solutions based on AI tools (Copilot) and/or low-code / no-code automation tools
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes by providing pragmatic and value-added solutions
- Support teams in adopting AI tools through user guides, demonstrations, and best practices
- Document experiments and provide recommendations for scaling and deploying solutions on a larger scale
