Job Description

IDEMIA Public Security (IPS) is a trusted provider of government-grade and secure biometric-based solutions for 600 government, state and federal agencies, as well as organizations requiring identity and access solutions across physical and digital environments. With decades of experience in biometric technologies, IPS enables safer, frictionless and fairer ways to secure travel, access and citizen protection.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Content Marketing Intern to support the Smart Biometrics marketing team,, working closely with a team of four marketing colleagues. You will play a hands-on role in managing our content engine, from editorial planning to customer communications, working closely with marketers, subject matter experts, and our design team to produce content that builds pipeline and strengthens our market presence. You will own marketing deliverables that go directly to customers, prospects, and the market.

 The role is ideal for someone who writes well, thinks in systems, and wants real exposure to B2B marketing in a high-growth, technically complex market. The position is based in La Défense 

Key Missions

  • Research, write, and edit content across formats including blog posts, newsletters, social posts, emails, and marketing assets. Ensure alignment to the company's messaging and target audience
  • Manage and maintain the editorial calendar, tracking deadlines and coordinating across internal stakeholders to ensure consistent content output
  • Build and deploy monthly email campaigns and newsletters, including copy, scheduling, and basic performance reporting
  • Manage day-to-day social media scheduling and posting across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, monitoring engagement and tracking performance
  • Liaise with the design team to brief, track, and deliver content assets on time and on brand
  • Support campaign and content planning through market research, competitor monitoring, and industry trend analysis
  • Track and report on content performance across channels, contributing data-driven recommendations to improve reach and engagement

Profile

Currently enrolled in Master's, or MBA program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Beyond the degree, we care about the following:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content across multiple formats and audiences
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, track ongoing tasks, and keep deliverables on schedule with minimal supervision
  • Creative and curious, able to generate fresh content ideas, adapt tone and format to different channels and audiences, and engage both technical and executive stakeholders
  • Familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals, including email marketing, social media management, basic SEO, and content distribution across owned channels
  • Collaborative and autonomous, comfortable working cross-functionally with design, product marketing, and sales teams while taking ownership of assigned workstreams
  • Interest in enterprise technology, cybersecurity, or identity; technical expertise is not required, but a genuine curiosity for the field is expected
