Job Description

  • Understand and be able to communicate complex requirements for customer account set up
  • Processing new account set up through usage of the Customer Relation Management program (CRM)
  • Capturing of accurate and complete information in the CRM system.
  • Support development of processes and documentation for the CRM system
  • Regular audits to be conducted to ensure data integrity with the CRM & KNA operating system (SAP) to include member listing & buying group audits conducted regularly
  • Build relationships with field sales to support their CRM requests
