Capturing of accurate and complete information in the CRM system.
Support development of processes and documentation for the CRM system
Regular audits to be conducted to ensure data integrity with the CRM & KNA operating system (SAP) to include member listing & buying group audits conducted regularly
Build relationships with field sales to support their CRM requests
