Ensure accurate and timely undertaking of operational HR key processes.
Monitoring and ensuring the organization’s compliance with Federal, State, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommending best practices; reviewing and modifying policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Coach, develop and support managers with HR related strategic and operational matters to develop and implement businesspeople strategies.
Develop and strengthen motivation, change, commitment, company culture as well as behavior to the code of conduct/ethics.
Lead and mentor the European HR team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
