Job Description
Sales & Business Development:
- Prospect and secure new business through networking, industry events, social media outreach, and proactive cold calling.
- Respond to customer service and sales enquiries as required.
- Build long‑term partnerships across property, energy, and infrastructure sectors.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and support pricing strategies.
- Follow up customer proposals, quotes, and leads to close new business.
- Engage regularly with key clients to understand satisfaction levels, explore growth opportunities, and support ongoing service needs.
- Work with the help desk to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including sales activity, pipeline, and projections.
- Share industry insights, including emerging trends and technologies.
- Achievement of annual sales and revenue targets.
- Quality and accuracy of forecasting.
