The Director, Early Childhood Education (ECE) provides support to all District early childhood education programs. The Director, ECE supervises and assists the early education center principals on matters related to instructional leadership, supervision of certificated and classified staff, and adherence to District and state policies. The director also provides technical assistance and support to the regional offices and elementary school principals related to the early childhood education programs.
