Anticipated Time Commitments:
1. Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: 3-5hrs/month
2. Participating in meetings/training: 1-3hrs/month
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Facilitate the module to which they’ve been assigned. There are 6 modules total:
- Spiritual intelligence
- Financial literacy
- Personal leadership
- Relational intelligence
- Physical wellness
- Mental wellness
2. Track attendance for their module classes
3. Cover all predetermined module content for examination
4. Create presentations of module content
