Job Description
The Re-Imagine Director will be responsible for planning, organizing, overseeing, and evaluating the training, publication, and mobilization of our congregation around the current systemic crime and poverty issues of our day that are the moral obligation of the Christian believer.

Passion For | Providing administrative support to church, educational resources to the learner, and managing an organized team or researchers, counselors, educators and activists |
Length of Service Commitment | One year minimum |
Anticipated Time Commitments:
- Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: 2-3 hours a week
- Participating in meetings/training: as requested
Responsibilities/Duties include but not limited to:
- Oversee 8-10 volunteers
- Implement a curriculum and counseling program (in-person &virtually)
- Identify targeted audience and clients (parents, teens, recently released convicts, etc.)
- Build an online database and cliental with ongoing relationship management
- Create partnerships with government agencies and other nonprofits, schools, etc.
- Partner with grant writers
- Publish success results
