Job Description
The percussion/drum player will provide skilled and anointed rhythm on the percussion/drums for all services and special events as assigned or scheduled.

Anticipated Time Commitments
1. Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: four to five hours a week, more during special events
2. Participating in meetings/training: one hour a week
Responsibilities/Duties
- Regularly meet with the Music Director in Team meetings/Band Rehearsals to coordinate music, scheduling, techniques, and calendar of and for worship services.
- Be prompt and ready to minister at least 30 minutes prior to service.
- Attend all services and special events.
- Attend all scheduled rehearsals.
- Be familiar and knowledgeable with all songs.
- Create musical sounds to enhance song presentation through drum machine and other devices.
- Maintain regular practice schedule for development of skills on the drums for self-improvement.
- Keep Musical Director/M.O.M. informed of issues, needed equipment, replacements, repairs, absences, and substitutions.
- Keep designated area and its components clean and always sanitized before and after use.
- Always maintain Christian character and professional behavior that reflects God’s standards as believers and the integrity of the Ministry.
