Anticipated Time Commitments:
1. Doing ministry/preparing for ministry:
- 2-3hrs/month
2. Participating in meetings/training:
- 1-2hrs/month
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging discipleship to foster connections among young adults.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, scheduling, and materials preparation.
- Promote events and activities through various communication channels to ensure high participation.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of activities, gathering feedback to improve future events.
- Stay informed on trends and interests within the young adult community to tailor activities accordingly.
