Job Description
The couples’ ministry prayer coordinator will be responsible for organizing prayer initiatives, meetings, and circles with the aim of supporting couples, addressing their needs, challenges, and joys through prayer, and fostering spiritual growth and connection within the community.

Anticipated Time Commitments:
1. Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: two -four hours a week
2. Participating in meetings/training: as requested
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Initiate prayer campaigns and initiatives tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of couples within the ministry to include focused prayer weeks, themed prayer topics, or targeted intercessory prayer efforts.
- Organize and lead regular prayer meetings for couples within the ministry, providing a space for fellowship, sharing, and collective prayer. Plan meeting agendas, facilitate discussions, and lead prayer sessions centered on couples' specific needs and concerns.
- Attend UCFM prayer calls on Tuesdays and Fridays ensuring agreement with the needs and prayer request of the church body.
- Establish and facilitate small group prayer circles or prayer partners within the ministry community. Pair couples together to support one another in prayer, providing mutual encouragement, accountability, and spiritual guidance.
- Offer spiritual guidance, counsel, and support to couples as they navigate the ups and downs of their relationships and seek to deepen their connection with each other and with God. Provide biblical insights, encouragement, and prayerful support in times of need.
- Create and distribute prayer resources, including devotionals, prayer guides, and reflective materials, to support couples in their prayer lives and spiritual journeys. Share relevant resources and recommendations to enrich couples' prayer experiences and spiritual growth.
