Job Description

The couples’ content creator is responsible for developing, creating, and distributing social media content that displays the community of couples within UCFM and encourages others to be a part.

Length of Service Commitment

One year minimum

Anticipated Time Commitments:

1. Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: two to four hours a week

2. Participating in meetings/training: one to two hours a month

Responsibilities/Duties:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with couple’s ministry goals and meets the needs of the intended audience.
  2. Create influential and shareable content that offers spiritual advice, inspiration, and guidance for couples.
  3. Engage with couples community across various platforms such as social media channels, forums, and events, to foster dialogues, feedback, and support with followers.
  4. Monitor social media analytics to assess the effectiveness of evangelism campaigns, removing inappropriate messaging, photos and video as needed.
  5. Provide regular reports and insights to track growth, engagement, and impact.
  6. Collaborate with the Marketing team as needed to ensure all content, branding, and outputs are within standards.
