Job Description
The UCFM Testimony Team Member - Youth is responsible for collecting, sharing and archiving testimonies from the members and visitors of our Ablaze Ministry and church. This team member will dedicate 85% of their time to capturing and developing testimonies from the youth of UCFM.

Anticipated Time Commitments
- Capturing Testimony - 20mins after service on a rolling schedule ie (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th Sundays)
- Participating in meetings/training: 2 hours
- This team member may be asked to assist in Ablaze events: can vary
Responsibilities/Duties
- Possess the 5 –C’s of leadership- Character- Compassion- Content- Conviction- Competencies
- May share testimonies of the saints before the congregation
- Participate in all key areas of ministry that involve discipleship
- Capture testimonies of the believer after key events ( revival-leadership institute- conferences etc.) written testimonies and video testimonies
- Capturing testimonies during the V.I.P receptions after 8am and 11am services
- Capturing testimonies after Ablaze events
- Develop creative ways to share the testimonies in the community (social media, written, testimony book, radio, etc.)
