UCFM VIP Team Leader
The VIP (Very Impressive People) team leader will ensure that every person entering the church as a guest or visitor is greeted and that visitors are aided as appropriate so that everyone feels important and welcome and is able to find his or her desired information and or destination easily.

Anticipated Time Commitments
1. Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: 1 hour a week
2. Participating in meetings/training: minimal, as needed for visitor reception
Responsibilities/Duties
1. Greet and welcome visitors and guests as part of the order of service for 8am and/or 11am worship service
2. Lead at the VIP welcome reception; assisting visitors to reception area
3. Lead during visitor reception by greeting all visitors prior to the meet and greet with Pastor/First Lady Ellis
4. Make sure the welcome center is stocked with information about the church’s ministries, tracts, a map of the church, etc.
5. Collect visitor information cards; disseminate special gift to visitors
6. Record visitor count and inventory refreshments
7. Adhere to Director receiving cards and visitor count
8. Have knowledge of events, classes, etc. at the church and church facilities
9. Dress appropriately adhering to any specific attire for VIP team members
