As Customer Delivery Team Manager, you’ll shape a newly formed team, bring clarity to complex work, and help create a dependable, confident service for colleagues and customers alike. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys guiding people through change, setting strong foundations, and turning ambiguity into momentum. You’ll balance operational delivery with genuine people care, playing a pivotal role in a business transition that truly matters.
This is a 12-month max-term full-time role based in Meanjin (Eight Mile Plains, Brisbane).
What You'll Do
- Lead and support a new team actioning billing activities, setting clear expectations, routines, and ways of working from day one.
- Coach, develop, and engage team members, building capability and confidence during a period of operational transition.
- Oversee day-to-day policy support activity, ensuring quality outcomes, smooth workflows, and effective issue resolution.
- Embed consistent processes, performance discipline, and continuous improvement practices as the team embeds.
- Partner with stakeholders across operations and distribution to ensure seamless service and knowledge transfer.
What You'll Bring
