Acting as the bridge between Enterprise Architecture, delivery leadership and squads, you will ensure architecture is embedded early, consistently and pragmatically. You’ll bring strong technical credibility, a strategic mindset and the ability to orchestrate competing priorities across a federated, agile environment in a regulated industry. This is a permanent full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) or Naarm (Melbourne).
What You'll Do

- Ensure architects are effectively deployed to highest-priority initiatives and squads
- Partner closely with Enterprise Architecture to translate strategic direction into delivery-ready designs
- Embed solution architecture early into agile planning and delivery cycles
- Resolve architectural trade-offs, risks and escalations across platforms and squads
- Provide governance, reporting and insights across architecture, risk and delivery performance
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience leading Solution Architects or senior technical professionals in large enterprises
- Strong solution architecture background within digital, retail or customer-facing platforms (FS/insurance ideal)
- Ability to assess and uplift design quality without being hands-on day to day
- Experience operating at the intersection of enterprise architecture and agile delivery
- Deep understanding of modern architectures (cloud, API-first, event-driven, digital experience layers)
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with senior technology and business leaders
- Experience working in regulated environments with sound governance and commercial acumen
What We Offer

- 20 days annual leave + 5 days MyLeave (extra leave for what’s important to you).
- Work from home and many more flexibility options with myFlex.
- Up to 50% off personal insurance, including home and motor insurance.
- Partner discounts on private health insurance, tech & appliances, and many more.
- Industry-leading 20 weeks paid parental leave.
- Access to LinkedIn Learning, the award-winning IAG Academy, study assistance and secondment opportunities.
