Job Description
• Prospecting and relationship management with dealers and customers: Identify and prospect new clients in the agricultural sector, conducting joint visits with dealers.
• Dealer and key customer relationship development: Develop and maintain close relationships with dealers and key customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Product demonstrations: Conduct field demonstrations of products.
• Sales negotiation and closing support with dealers: Negotiate sales terms, prepare orders, and follow up throughout the deal-closing process.
• After-sales support and regional market monitoring: Provide after-sales support to dealers and customers, while keeping up to date with regional agricultural market trends, new technologies, and key competitors.
• Participation in events and trade shows: Represent the company at agricultural industry events and trade shows, promoting products and generating new business opportunities.
