 What You will Do:

· Coordinate technical publications workflow with multiple stakeholders

· Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and metrics.

· Engineering document control and lifecycle management

· Gathering engineering documentation

· Generating/completing export workflows

· Providing notification of parts change (NPC) support

· Generating/completing art reconciliation workflows

· Assist with engineering change requests, documentation updates, and configuration tracking.

How You Will Get Here:

· Associates degree in Engineering or related field preferred with 1-3 years of directly related experience, or 3-5 years of direct experience in lieu of a degree

· Technical publication experience is a plus

· Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project

· Experience working in aerospace, manufacturing, or technical environments is a plus

· Familiarity with engineering documentation and change management processes

· Familiarity with PLM systems such as Teamcenter

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is a plus

· Ability to work collaboratively across functional teams

 

Pay Range: $40,000 - $50,000

 

Work Requirements:

This position is classified as Remote within Puerto Rico.

 

Citizenship requirement:

· Due to the nature of this role, proof of US Citizenship is required upon hire.

 

Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required
