Key Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, logistics, product engineering, process engineering, purchasing, sourcing quality, plant quality.

• Ensure supplier response quality within expected deadlines, criteria, and format.

• Report, define, and monitor actions from system audits, process audits, non-conformities, and Firewalls.

• Lead preventive activities at supplier processes: maintain and apply lessons-learnt database by technology, R-FMEA audits, and process window restrictions.

• Decide, organize, and lead task forces with suppliers; escalate progress, action plans, and closure visibility concisely.

• Escalation to purchasing: prepare dossier with main issues and arguments.

• Manage warranty incidents, including reporting to customer plants as one-voice topic lead.

• Ensure supplier performance indicators are complied with; lead action plans to reach expected levels.

• Lead suppliers during sourcing and project phases regarding process validation: ensure documentation quality and process progress according to agreed deadlines.

Work Experience

• Minimum education: Technical Engineer. electronics knowledge is a plus.

• Knowledge of manufacturing, design, and validation of automotive components.

• Knowledge of Quality tools: system/process audits, 8D, process analysis and validation (4M, Ishikawa, 5W, IS/IS NOT, Fault Tree, FMEA, R‑FMEA, control plan, process capability), and familiarity with different technologies (including electronics as a plus).

• Technical drawing interpretation.

• Languages: English (spoken and written negotiation level).

• Availability for travel to suppliers and other Horse/Renault centers (Valid B1 driving license required).

• Clear and precise verbal and written communication; ability to synthesize and present topics to Management Committees.

• Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office)
