Job Title: Physical Design Senior Technical Lead
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Design Technical Lead to join our team. As the Physical Design Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the physical design team in the development and implementation of cutting-edge physical design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the physical design team in the development of physical design methodologies and strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in physical design processes
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of physical design projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in physical design
- Strong expertise in physical design methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
