Receive and screen office visitors and callers; manage schedules and set up appointments. Answer calls, arrange appointments for superiors, and issue appointment reminders.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence: receive, open, sort, log, and route mail, highlighting urgent items requiring immediate attention.
Initiate requisitions for office supplies and promotional materials for managerial approval.
Monitor and control stationery inventory; manage the handling and maintenance of office supplies and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and organization of personal and superior’s office areas.
Coordinate the marketing plan process, including collecting information from relevant departments and consolidating the plan for distribution.
Perform general administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.
