Key accountabilities
• Assist the Pastry Chef in preparing and presenting pastries and desserts
• Follow standard recipes and procedures strictly to ensure quality, taste and appearance
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, conduct inventory and equipment maintenance, and comply with food safety regulations
• Support daily operations, banquets and afternoon tea services, and follow work arrangements
