You’ll be part of the People Strategy & Organization practice—focusing on designing future-proof organizational structures, data-driven HR processes, and state-of-the-art HR products.

Your Tasks:
- Working on Deutsche Telekom’s key strategic issues
- Taking responsibility for your own workstreams in cross-functional projects
- Developing actionable concepts (HR products, organizational design, transformations, HR strategies)
- Translating analyses, interviews, and workshops into clear decisions
- Presenting to senior stakeholders and top management
- Actively contributing to the further development of the team, topics, and initiatives
That’s You:
- Top master's degree (from a leading university or business school)
- 2–5 years of professional experience
- Experience in top-tier management consulting (Tier 1)
- Strong analytical skills, a structured approach, and a focus on execution
Experience in at least one of the following areas:
- HR processes & digitalization
- Organizational development
- Change management
- HR-IT
Additionally:
- A clear understanding of business impact and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Confident demeanor at the top management level
- A team player with a positive attitude and a strong problem-solving mindset
- German & English (min. C1)
