About the Position
As a NatCo Integration Manager – Broadband Backend & OneApp (m/f/d), you will play a key role in the further development and integration of central broadband platforms within the Deutsche Telekom Group. Acting as the technical interface between Deutsche Telekom’s national companies (NatCos) and the central development and engineering teams, you will ensure the successful integration of local systems into the Broadband Ecosystem and make a significant contribution to the delivery of innovative broadband and connectivity solutions.
You will drive technical alignment, onboard new operating companies, and continuously optimize backend and application-related functionalities. In this role, you will represent the requirements and priorities of the NatCos within the central delivery organization, coordinate the resolution of complex technical challenges, and foster efficient collaboration among all involved stakeholders.
This position combines technological expertise, international stakeholder management, and strategic collaboration in a dynamic environment with high visibility and significant opportunities to make an impact.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as the central technical point of contact for Deutsche Telekom’s national companies (NatCos) regarding Broadband Backend, API, and OneApp topics
- Drive and coordinate integration activities between the NatCos and the central engineering and development teams
- Analyze, prioritize, and track technical issues, defects, and incidents in close collaboration with development and operations teams
- Proactively drive problem resolution and coordinate task forces for critical implementation and operational issues
- Ensure transparency and effective tracking of defect management activities using tools such as JIRA
- Support the planning, rollout, and continuous enhancement of backend and application-related functionalities
- Contribute to architecture and integration discussions to further develop the Broadband Ecosystem
- Advise, train, and support NatCos in the use of APIs, services, and platform functionalities
- Ensure transparent reporting and effective communication across all involved teams and management levels
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance delivery quality, stability, and speed of execution
- Actively contribute to international broadband, platform, and connectivity transformation programs across the Deutsche Telekom Group
Your Profile
- Successfully completed university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in System Engineering, Software Development, Technical Delivery, Quality Assurance, or comparable technical roles
- Experience working in international and cross-functional environments with diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively across different organizational levels
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style combined with a high level of ownership and execution focus
- Experience working in agile delivery environments and with collaboration and tracking tools such as JIRA
- Solid knowledge of broadband technologies, backend integrations, APIs, Wi-Fi, connectivity solutions, customer premises equipment (CPE), or telecommunications networks
- Strong analytical skills combined with a customer- and service-oriented mindset
- Business-fluent English skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are considered an advantage
