About the Position
As a Delivery Manager – Broadband, you will drive complex international broadband delivery and transformation initiatives across Deutsche Telekom’s national companies (NatCos), technology teams, and external partners. You will coordinate end-to-end implementation activities, ensure stakeholder alignment, and contribute to the successful delivery of innovative broadband and connectivity products.
In this highly collaborative role, you will act as the interface between central product organizations, local operating companies, and technical delivery teams to ensure efficient execution, operational excellence, and continuous quality improvement.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive and coordinate end-to-end broadband delivery and implementation activities across international and cross-functional environments
- Act as the central interface between central organizations (“Home”) and Deutsche Telekom’s national companies (NatCos)
- Support roadmap planning and implementation timelines for broadband products and features
- Coordinate stakeholders across development, integration, testing, operations, and service delivery teams
- Drive problem resolution and establish task forces for critical implementation or operational issues
- Monitor project progress, quality metrics, and operational performance
- Ensure transparent reporting and clear status communication to management and stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery quality and speed of execution
- Coordinate defect management and issue tracking using tools such as JIRA
- Support the implementation of customer premises equipment, interoperability solutions, and broadband features
- Contribute to large-scale broadband transformation and connectivity programs in an international environment
Your Profile
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field
- More than five years of professional experience in project management, consulting, delivery management, or transformation programs
- Experience working in international and cross-functional environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing external vendors and partners
- Experience working in agile delivery environments and with collaboration tools such as JIRA
- Solid understanding of broadband technologies (e.g., FTTH, FTTB), connectivity solutions, or telecommunications networks
- Structured and analytical approach combined with a strong sense of ownership and execution focus
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Business-fluent English skills; German language skills are considered an advantage
