About the Position
As a Service Monitoring & Insights Expert for Broadband, you will help us improve broadband service quality across our markets. In this role, you will combine data analysis, operational understanding, stakeholder collaboration, and process improvement to help improve broadband service quality across our markets. We are looking for someone who understands how data is used in day-to-day operations and who can help improve the way we use the data to optimize broadband service performance.
 
Role Description
  • You monitor and manage broadband service KPIs, proactively identifying anomalies, trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for service improvement.
  • Identify gaps in processes, data quality, reporting logic, and tooling, and develop practical recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Analyze operational and performance data using SQL, translating insights into clear business implications and actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain and continuously enhance dashboards, reports, monitoring views, and alerting capabilities to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with international teams and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, align priorities, and drive follow-up actions.
  • Deliver clear analyses, insights, and recommendations to technical, operational, and management stakeholders.
  • Contribute to cross-market initiatives focused on service quality improvement, automation, process optimization, and data-driven performance management.

Preferred Qualifications
  • University degree in Telecommunications, Data Analytics, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in Business Analysis, Management Consulting, Service Monitoring, Telecommunications Operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong SQL skills and proven experience working with operational, technical, or performance-related data.
  • Experience with KPI reporting, dashboards, monitoring solutions, and performance management frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, ideally gained in cross-functional, international, or multi-market environments.
  • Ability to challenge existing ways of working and translate improvement opportunities into sustainable operational changes.
  • Structured, proactive, and hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and concise manner.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment.
  • Knowledge of broadband, fixed network, or telecommunications operations is considered a strong advantage.
