The HR Specialist will help lead operations within our Human Resources department, supporting both the casino and tribal office. In this hands-on role, you’ll assist with benefits administration, HRIS/UKG system management, and leave of absence processes while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional employee support. Ideal candidates have experience in HR operations, benefits, and HR systems, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive information.
