The 1 year Growww program (with a view of turning to a permanent specialist position after finishing the program) offers fresh graduates

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE:
Support the development of strong Business - IT collaboration by acting as a junior liaison between Business stakeholders and IT teams. Contribute to digital transformation, process improvement, and IT service optimization by learning and applying Business Partner practices within the assigned domain. Gain hands-on experience in translating Business needs into IT solutions and supporting the delivery of Business value through IT initiatives.
WHAT WOULD BE YOUR DAILY TASK:
Business & Stakeholder Support
Support relationship building with Business stakeholders (Business Managers, Product Owners, SMEs)
Assist in gathering and clarifying Business needs and requirements
Act as junior contact point for selected Business topics under supervision
Promote IT services and solutions towards Business users
Demand & Project Contribution
Support demand intake, documentation, and prioritization processes
Participate in project activities (analysis, testing, coordination)
Contribute to preparation of business cases and solution concepts
Assist in tracking project progress and deliverables
IT Service & Operations Support
Support operation and continuous improvement of IT services within the domain
Help monitor service performance and SLA compliance
Assist in incident, problem and service request handling (learning role)
Analysis & Continuous Improvement
Support analysis of business processes and identify improvement opportunities
Contribute to documentation (process descriptions, operational materials)
Learn and apply structured problem-solving and analytical methods
Strategy & Roadmap Support
Assist in mapping Business processes to IT systems
Support preparation of IT roadmap materials and presentations
Follow industry trends and bring ideas for innovation
Growwwer Program Participation
Actively participate in Growwwer trainings, mentoring and development programs
Deliver assigned program tasks and projects on time
Cooperate with mentor and team leadership
Continuously build Business, IT and stakeholder management knowledge
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOUR BACKGROUND:
👍 Your Background: University or College degree finished or in progress (finished/finishing last year studies in BSC)
👍 Your Personality is equipped with ability of: Structured thinking, result and detail oriented, able to work individually, Problem-solving, interpersonal management, conflict handling and communication skills, Precise and accurate attitude in administration tasks, Proactive mindset, positive attitude, and strong ownership mentality, Openness to diverse cultures and working in a multinational environment, Passion for continuous learning and professional growth
👍 Team Player: Believe that teamwork and collaboration make the community strong.
👍 Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in any other language is an advantage.
