Join MOL Group Ventures as a Senior Venture Project Manager! MOL Group Ventures is responsible for building new businesses that go beyond MOL’s traditional core activities. Our goal is to support our portfolio companies, help them grow, and explore new opportunities that fit the MOL 2030 Strategy.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated professional who enjoys working with different businesses, managing projects, and contributing to strategic decisions.

What You Will Do:

• Support and oversee the companies in the Group Ventures portfolio

• Track and evaluate their financial and business performance

• Help shape the strategy of the Ventures area and identify new growth opportunities

• Work closely with the M&A team on potential acquisitions and company evaluations

• Act as the main contact person for portfolio companies

• Coordinate project teams and manage internal stakeholders

• Negotiate with external partners

• Prepare financial analyses and decision‑making materials for senior management

What We Expect From You:

• Degree in business, economics, or a related field

• Strong understanding of business fundamentals and financial analysis

• Ability to manage several projects at the same time

• Clear and confident communication skills

• Strong presentation and storytelling abilities

• 6–8 years of experience in project management, M&A, consulting, or private equity

• Fluent English

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
