As the Regional Director of Culinary Services, you will oversee the culinary operations across multiple senior living communities within your designated region. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our dining services meet the highest standards of quality, nutrition, and resident satisfaction. You will collaborate with community directors, chefs and dining staff to develop menus, implement culinary programs, and uphold food safety protocols. Additionally, you will provide leadership, training, and support to culinary teams to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
