Senior Director Managed Care - Hybrid

The Senior Director Managed Care is responsible for leading payer contracting, negotiation, and reimbursement strategy for assigned hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), and physician groups. This role manages commercial and government payer relationships, negotiates contract terms to achieve targeted reimbursement and revenue objectives, and partners with operational, revenue cycle, and executive leaders to optimize managed care performance. The position also supports acquisitions, reimbursement analysis, contract implementation, and ongoing payer strategy to ensure competitive market positioning and financial performance across assigned markets.
