Job Description
The Lead Direct Care Professional is a key associate at Hope Network whose primary responsibilities include:
Provide oversight, support and care for consumer’s of Hope Network’s service in a variety of settings; Role model appropriate behavior and skills to consumers to help them achieve their highest level of independence; Use a consumer’s prescribed plan(s) in support of their medical, clinical, therapeutic and behavioral needs. Ability to mentor, train and orient new staff Provide leadership, direction and support to staff on shift. Go to person when supervisor is not available or on-site.
