Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Assisting adults with disabilities in developing and maintaining social connections in their communities so that they can enjoy their lives;
• Implementing and monitoring developmental growth plans;
• Assisting with meal planning and personal needs;
• Organizing, arranging and supervising exciting recreational and community events;
• Teaching daily living skills to adults living in community homes.
