Job Description

About this Position What you´ll do Develop and drive your own scientific research project in the field of scalp microbiome and host–cell interactions Design innovative experimental strategies and methodologies tailored to your research question, with guidance from senior scientists Conduct hands-on laboratory experiments using advanced microbiology, cell culture, co-culture systems and molecular biology techniques Critically analyze and interpret your data, derive meaningful scientific insights and identify next steps to advance your research Document your findings in a structured way for both your academic thesis and internal R D reporting Present your progress in research meetings and actively exchange ideas with a multidisciplinary team, e.g. Microbiology, Cell Biology and Analytics Explore novel concepts and alternative approaches, contributing fresh perspectives to cutting-edge microbiome innovation projects Prepare and deliver a compelling final presentation of your thesis results to internal R D stakeholders
