Job Description
Your responsibilities will include a diverse range of activities involved in golf course maintenance; all aimed at fostering connections and ensuring our team thrives together in a spirit of collaboration and shared purpose.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Deliver service with care and attention, always prioritizing quality and the well-being of the Members.
• Operate powered equipment in mowing golf course putting greens, aprons, tees and rough.
• Operate edgers and trimmers.
• Change cups and tee markers.
• Maintain ball washers, water hazards, and bunkers.
• Assists in construction of new greens, tees, and fairways by grading, preparing soil and planting.
• Follow safety protocols.
• Any other duties, as assigned.

Working Conditions:
• You will be working in variable temperature conditions (extreme heat or cold).
• You may encounter chemicals, dust and/or mites, but we ensure a safe and supportive environment
• You may experience variable noise levels.
Physical Requirements:
• Standing, stooping, bending and twisting for most of the workday.
• Remain in stationary positions for 30 minutes throughout the work shift.
• Operate various types of tools.
