Your responsibilities include safeguarding our members, guests, employees and property, all aimed at fostering connections and ensuring our team thrives together in a spirit of collaboration and shared purpose.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Deliver service with care and attention, always prioritizing quality and the well-being of the Members.
• Monitor and control access to the property, ensuring authorized individuals only enter designated areas.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property, both indoors and outdoors, to identify and deter potential threats.
• Respond promptly to incidents, such as alarms, suspicious activity, or emergencies, and take appropriate action.
• Adhere to emergency procedures, including fire safety, medical emergencies, and evacuation plans.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and other relevant documentation.
• Interact with members, guests, vendors and employees in a professional and courteous manner, providing assistance as needed.
• Monitor and operate security systems, including alarm systems, and access control system.
• Any other duties, as assigned.

• May be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Working Conditions:
• You will be working in variable temperature conditions (extreme heat or cold).
• You may experience variable noise levels.
Physical Requirements:
• Standing, stooping, bending and twisting for most of the workday.
• Remain in stationary positions for 30 minutes throughout the work shift.
