Property Manager FT I
Job Description
Build Communities. Grow Your Career. Get Rewarded for Both.
If you’re an experienced Property Manager, you know there are plenty of opportunities out there—but not all of them offer purpose along with stability. At Community Housing Partners (CHP), your work goes beyond overseeing operations and managing day-to-day property performance. You play a key role in providing safe, affordable housing and supporting stronger communities.
Here’s why experienced professionals make the move:
- Predictable schedule — primarily Monday–Friday, 8–5 with occasional on-call responsibilities (not constant nights/weekends)
- 30 days off in your first year — real time to recharge
- Competitive pay starting at 48K + bonus potential
- Benefits that start within 30 days — Medical, Dental, and Vision begin the 1st of the month after hire. Paid maternity and paternity leave after 90 days
- Retirement contributions you don’t have to chase — 403(b) plan with up to 5%; CHP contributes 3% automatically plus matches 2% of your contributions
